Mr Raaschou has over 23 years experience of management in the equity markets. Former employers are Elcon Fondsforvaltning, Gjensidige Fund management, Orkla Finans and Awilco Invest.
Mr Raaschou has a BBA with a major in finance and marketing from Hofstra University in New York.
Anna Pinar, first year associate at Business Affairs, Inc. negotiates, drafts and reviews the wide range of agreements associated with motion picture development and production. Anna is responsible for legal delivery of films to distributors including reviewing chain of title documentation, drafting credit obligations memos and reviewing cast and crew agreements. In addition, she is well versed in the entity formation process, including the drafting of operating agreements and bylaws for newly formed entities. Anna received her B.A. from Florida State University, and her J.D. from Chapman University. She joined BAI in 2015 and is admitted to practice law in California.
An experienced lawyer and executive with over thirty years in the entertainment industry, Steve Monas founded Business Affairs, Inc. in July of 1999, with just one client.
Since that time, Steve and his staff have built the list of BAI’s clients to over four hundred of the most respected names in the independent motion picture and television industries, and Steve has represented producers, distributors and financiers in every aspect of the entertainment business.
Steve is a frequent lecturer, moderator, and panelist at seminars on the entertainment industry at Loyola Law School, UCLA Extension, and the South by Southwest Film Festival, among other venues.
Before founding BAI, Steve served as Executive Vice President and head of Business Affairs for MDP Worldwide, President of Vision International, Vice President of Business Affairs with Vestron Pictures, and as an associate with New York law firms Frankfurt Garbus Klein & Selz, Pavia & Harcourt, and Brown & Wood. Steve received his J.D. from Columbia University in 1981, and is admitted to practice in both New York and California.
Patrick Strøm is a director, producer, TV host and writer.
With over 11 years experience from the entertainment and television industry, Patrick has produced film, directed TV Shows, casted national reality shows, written episodic television and stand up comedy, along with extensive artist management.
Patrick started his career in the entertainment industry already at age 12, when he was cast as an actor on Norway’s most viewed youth show called “Midt i Smørøyet” on NRK (Norwegian National Broadcast channel). In 2005 he was a Talk Show Host for “Mess TV” on the national broadcasting channel TV Norge, where he produced and hosted over 500 live shows. He also served as Game Show Host for the live show ”QuizShow”, hosting more than 400 shows.
In 2013, Patrick casted and co-directed the International hit show ”The Voice” produced by Nordisk Film TV (a Banijay Group company) and served as Country Producer for the first European version of ”The Amazing Race”, produced by Rubicon TV, (a Metronome Film & television AB company, owned by Shine Group).
Prior to his entry into entertainment, Patrick graduated from the Norwegian military academy and served three years as an officer in the Norwegian Armed Forces.
In 2014 Patrick began production on an exclusive documentary closely following WR and its partners’ work and filmmaking process. In the time since, Patrick’s role has expanded into full-time engagement with the company, working closely with the company Management, its shareholders and ongoing WR productions.
Christoffer Lunde has worked in the enter-tainment industry for over 14 years, gaining broad experience in film production as Producer, Director of Photography, Editor, Director and Sound Designer in both Australia and the US, and has been part of the WR team since 2011.
While studying for Bachelor of Film and TV at Bond University he received several Top of Class awards, and contributed to multiple award winning short films.
Henning Øglænd is a lawyer and Of Counsel/Consultant to DLA Piper, Norway.
He is a strategic advisor and a professional boardmember within a number of sectors, such as finance/investments, real estate, resort developments, hospitality, media/entertainment, shipping and retail. Looking at his current board memberships, Øglænd is Board member of Aars AS, which is one of Norway’s largest private investment companies. Main holdings are the largest car importer and dealer chain in Scandinavia and the Baltics, Møllergruppen AS, who deal with Volkswagen, Audi and Skoda. The turnover of this company is approximately $2.3 Billion.
Øglænd is also boardmember for Møller Eiendom AS, a large real estate owner and developer in Scandinavia and the Baltics, and for Katalysator AS, a PE Investments and Asset management company.
Øglænd is Chairman of the Advisory Board of RATOS AB, the largest listed Private Equity Conglomerate in Northern Europe, which is listed on Nasdaq Stockholm, has 60,000 shareholders, and 18 majority holdings in international companies headquartered in the Nordics. Øglænd is also Chairman of the Advisory Board of DLA Piper in Norway, a leading global business law firm with 10,000 partners and employees in more than 70 cities in 32 countries worldwide.
Other boards he sits on are Centragruppen AS, a Norwegian Investment Group with international investments, Armadillo AS, a Norwegian Investment Group/Asset management company, and Koh Tan Resorts AS, a luxury resort development company for villas and hotels on an Island off Koh Samui, Thailand.
He is also Chairman of the Board for Euro Iran Business Consultants AS, EIBC, a firm that advises European companies on how to position themselves in the Iranian market, post sanctions, primarily within sectors such as Oil & Gas, telecom, retail, technology, fish-farming and renewable energy. Additionally, he is member of the Advisory Board for Protection Group International Ltd, a global security company headquartered in the UK.
Past Board memberships include Møllergruppen AS, Arcusgruppen AS, (largest producer and distribution company of wine and liquor in the Nordics) DLA Piper international where he was not only board member but also Sector Head of Global Transportation Businesses. Øglænd was Co founder and Chairman of the Board for ABG (now ABG Sundal Collier), one of the leading Nordic Investment Banks, listed on the Oslo Børs. He was Chairman of the Board for Delphi Economics AS, an asset management company, former Chairman of the Board of Representatives for Finansbanken ASA, former Boardmember for Bankia Bank ASA, which was acquired by Santander, former member of the legal Advisory Board of the Oslo Børs, former Chairman of the Board for McCann World Group, Norway, and former Chairman of the Board for Bassoe AS, the worlds largest shipbroker in transportation of oil on VLCCs (Very Large Crude Carriers).
Øglænd was Co founder and Executive Chairman of the Board of Resident Sea Ltd, Bahamas which built and operated the world’s first residential ship, “The World” which is still the world’s largest private yacht, with 165 residences.
Today, he is advisor to some of the leading media companies in the Nordics, which lead to board memberships within film production, TV and radio stations, news networks, new papers and film distribution company such as Scanbox which he co-founded.

Mr. Knap has over 20 years of experience in the entertainment industry in Hollywood working with both private and public companies. For the past decade, he has been leading his team at Lionsgate (NYSE:LGF-A), and is currently the Executive Vice President of FP&A and Strategic Planning. Mr. Knap is part of the team that handled $7 billion in capital market transactions, including the $4.4 billion acquisition of Starz in 2016.
He previously held management positions at Artisan Entertainment and Warner Bros. International, and was part of the founding team of Kids Online America, an Internet start-up venture. He is also a senior advisor to Dick Cook, the former chairman of Walt Disney Studios. Mr. Knap graduated summa cum laude with a B.S. in Finance from the University of San Francisco and holds an M.B.A. from UCLA Anderson School of Management.
Mr. Frode E. Foss has been the Chief Financial Officer for the airline Norwegian since its start up year in 2002, and is a member of the Board of Directors of Norwegian Finance Holding ASA (Bank Norwegian).
Mr. Foss has eight years of experience from auditing and management consulting services with Arthur Andersen and Ernst & Young. He is a Master of Business Administration graduate and holds a Masters of Science Degree in Finance from the University of Wyoming, USA. He received his Financial Analyst charter in 2002 (CFA).

Erik Christoffersen is the General Manager (Daglig Leder) of WR Entertainment ASA.
Christoffersen is the founder of ECHAS Revision AS and is board chairman of several Norwegian companies.
Christoffersen has been business manager for several real estate and investment companies.
Christoffersen has held several positions in the Norwegian Institute of Public Accountants and is an active lecturer. He was developing Descartes audit methodology from 1998 to 2005.

Duane Eberlein is chief financial officer for the Company, and serves as Chairman of the board for the California subsidiary WR Films Entertainment Group, Inc. Eberlein was a principal financial or accounting officer for four public companies over the past 32 years, including Caesars World, Inc. He also worked with several entertainment companies and two of the “Big Four” accounting firms.
Since 1998, Eberlein has served as a member of the board of directors and chief financial officer for Phonechip, Inc., a privately held Nevada corporation. He has participated in numerous public offerings, both on NYSE and NASDAQ, and has twenty years of SEC experience. His public company experience includes service with Venture Catalyst, Inc. (NASDAQ), Caesars World, Inc. (NYSE), Great Bay Corporation (NASDAQ) and Caesars New Jersey, Inc. (NASDAQ). Eberlein is a certified public accountant and spent ten years in public accounting, including two years as a partner with the international accounting firm Ernst & Young.
As the first point of contact upon Wiik’s arrival in Hollywood, Eberlein became instrumental in the original group of partners who shared Wiik’s vision for a global entertainment company built on content and artistry, to be combined with major leverage and penetration. Eberlein served as a financial advisor to Without You LLC, and later joined WR Films Entertainment Group, Inc. as Chief Financial Officer and Co-Chairman at its formation in 2009.
With Eberlein’s leadeship, WR Films Entertainment Group, Inc. underwent and cleared in 2014 a compliance audit dating back to the formation of Without You LLC (2007).
